Selected by her peers, Abby is recognized for her outstanding contributions to employee development, organizational success and community impact.
Over the last year, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening OlyFed’s culture and advancing opportunities for employees across the Association. Abby connects with employees at every level, delivering onboarding, training and development experiences that are innovative, informative and inspiring. While taking on dual responsibilities during a team member’s family leave, she continued to lead onboarding efforts, manage compliance training and serve as a trusted resource for employees across the organization.
She has also been instrumental in advancing key initiatives, including the bank’s mentorship program with the senior leadership team, peer guide onboarding support for new employees and specialized training tracks for our loan department, customer care center and retail banking teams which provide employees with insights into the evolving financial services industry.
In addition, Abby has helped expand OlyFed’s community financial education efforts, coordinating programs with local schools and nonprofit partners while recruiting dozens of employee volunteers to support outreach initiatives.
