Since joining the OlyFed team just two years ago, Art has consistently demonstrated a contagious enthusiasm and commitment to fostering strong relationships with both colleagues and customers. As a floating banker, Art is often at multiple branches in a week, but no matter where he is, he brings energy and joy to the team and their customers. He is genuinely curious about others, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone he encounters. Art is continuously looking for ways to better service his customers. The retail banking teams have recently begun conducting morning “Skill Drill” meetings designed to increase knowledge and comfort around customer conversations, products, benefits and uncovering customer needs. Art showcased his leadership at a recent meeting, taking initiative and leading the activities in a thoughtful and engaging manner. His proactive involvement in these training sessions highlights his commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
