In her role, she frequently assists customers with complex needs, approaching each situation with patience, empathy and care. Through her kindness and expertise, she builds trust quickly, often after just one visit.
Within her team, Angelina’s leadership shines through her thoughtful initiatives and genuine care for others. She created the weekly “Top Banana” award to celebrate peer recognition, as well as a “Gratitude Jar” station that’s become a cherished fixture for both staff and customers. From organizing the break room and checking in with teammates to bringing in homemade treats, she fosters a positive, supportive environment where everyone feels valued.
