Amanda began her OlyFed career in July 2008 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Lacey branch. In January 2011, Amanda was promoted to Lead CSR at the Downtown Olympia branch. Her hard work and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service didn’t go unnoticed as she was promoted to IRA Specialist in January 2013 and then to Assistant Branch Manager in June 2014.

Amanda’s dedication and expertise in the field led to her promotion to Loan Officer in September 2017 and then again to Loan Underwriter in January 2020. Soon after, in May 2020, Amanda became an officer of the bank when she was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Loan Origination Manager. Earlier this year, she joined the bank’s senior leadership where she plays a vital role in helping with the short- and long-term planning for the organization as Vice President/Residential Lending Manager.

During her tenure, Amanda has lived out OlyFed’s mission and values, having received many internal accolades and awards in recognition of her exceptional customer service skills, commitment to lifelong learning and her dedication to her colleagues and community.

Growing up, Amanda dreamed of becoming an orthodontist; however, when she began working at OlyFed while attending college, Amanda decided a career in banking suited her better than orthodonture. A fun fact about Amanda is she’s a Ken Griffey Jr. superfan. A mom to her daughter, Barrett, and her two puppies, Koda and Moose; Amanda will occasionally dress all three of them in matching outfits!
