One-Step Construction Rate
We hold rates for our customers at application for 15, 20 or 30 year terms – eliminating interest rate risk. Even better and unique to OlyFed loans, our construction rates are the same as purchase rates.
We provide construction loans (with a licensed contractor) up to $824,999 with as little as 5% down and a convenient digital draw system to keep your project moving.
Jumbo Loan
You need $825,000 or more? We got this! We offer jumbo loans starting at $825,000 (above conforming limits) with as little as 10% down.
Purchase Remodel Loan (Up to 95% LTV)
We offer this conventional loan, which gives buyers the flexibility to see the potential of a property without the government red tape of a Fannie Mae Rehab loan.
Developed Lot Loan (Up to 75% LTV)
OlyFed customers are eligible for half percent off their construction loan fee when they finance their land through us. We make it easy to roll everything into one loan. Ask us how!
Green Choice Loans
If you’re building or retrofitting for energy efficiency, we consider future energy savings to qualify customers for greater buying potential, while offering reduced loan fees.
