What documents do I need if I am approved?

A representative will reach out to you with a list of documents needed to complete the loan process. These items can change depending on your loan type. You may also give us a call at (360) 754-3400. Representatives are available Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. to answer any questions. (For information on individual location closures or delays, please visit the locations page.)
