CENTERING BELONGING IN COMMUNITY

The Thurston Forward DEI Summit 2026 is a two-day community experience on May 1 & 2 dedicated to strengthening equity, belonging, and collaboration across Thurston County. The Summit opens on Friday with a Connection & Networking Experience designed to spark relationships, build trust, and ground participants in shared purpose. On Saturday, the gathering continues with a full day of collective learning, storytelling, youth leadership, and interactive development sessions that deepen understanding and inspire courageous, community-centered action.

Friday, May 1, 2026 – 10:00 – 6:00PM

Tribal Partnership, Cultural Acknowledgement, and Community Connection.

·Opening with an Acknowledgment and Cultural Immersion Experience honoring the leadership, history, and partnership of our local Tribal communities

·Connection and Networking Experience designed to spark relationships, build trust, and ground participants in shared purpose.

·FREE Lunch & Dinner provided at no cost for all registered participants.

Saturday, May 2, 2026 – 8:30AM – 4:30PM                        

Collective Learning, Youth Leadership, and Community Action
