Olympia Spaghetti Bowl
The Olympia Spaghetti Bowl is a historic annual high school football rivalry between the Capital High School Cougars and the Olympia High School Bears. The game will be held at Ingersoll Stadium on Friday, September 4, 2026.

About the Spaghetti Bowl
The Spaghetti Bowl began in 1976 as a community tradition featuring a pre-game spaghetti dinner hosted by the local Rotary Club. Today, it continues as one of Olympia’s longstanding high school football rivalries, bringing together the Capital Cougars and Olympia Bears for their annual cross-town matchup.
Capital currently leads the historic series 22–21 following an overtime victory in the 2025 Spaghetti Bowl.
