In 2003, Mari was promoted to Savings Counselor and in 2007; she was named Branch Operations Supervisor. It was Mari’s leadership, community involvement and excellence in customer service that got her promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in 2016 and just a year later named Branch Manager. Mari’s product and industry knowledge made her a go-to resource in the branch, throughout the organization and in the community, so in 2019 she was made an officer of the bank and given the title of Assistant Vice President (AVP).
After 20+ years in branch operations, in September of 2020, Mari chose a new direction for her OlyFed career and was named a Loan Underwriter for the bank. Like the many other positions in which Mari has served, she has thrived in her new role as an underwriter, coaching loan officers on best practices for serving the lending needs of our customers and community.

In recognition of Mari’s many gifts and talents, she’s been named Employee of the Quarter on two occasions (2008 and 2018). Mari’s involvement with a number of local nonprofits and service clubs earned her the Stewards of the Community Award in 2020 and over the course of the past couple of years, she’s received two awards for her dedication to assisting others through her extraordinary efforts.
In her free time, Mari enjoys camping and spending time with her family and their Pug at their property on Lake Cushman. When she has the chance to get-away, Mari loves vacationing in Hawaii.
