Madsen was selected for the honor because of her commitment to community, extraordinary customer service and ongoing leadership in developing her team.

Madsen is involved with North Mason Rotary, Mason County Truancy Board and the North Mason Giving Tree, which provides gifts and food to those in need during the holiday season. As co-chair of the Giving Tree event, Madsen dedicates countless hours of her time fundraising, collecting food and gifts, and organizing the distribution and celebration programs.

Madsen often does this work on weekends and uses her vacation time to ensure the community’s needs are met.
