Jonathan Adams, Yelm Customer Service Representative
Jonathan Adams joins the Yelm branch as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). With a strong background in customer service and a natural ability to connect with people, Jonathan is eager to get to know our customers and help them on their financial journeys. His warm and personal approach has already made him a great addition to the OlyFed team. Outside of work, Jonathan is a talented photographer, a devoted father and an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys hiking, taking his son to the zoo, playing music and reading.
Keagan Wilson, WorkEx Intern
Keagan Wilson joins the Tumwater branch as our newest CSR WorkEx Intern. After over four years as an Infantryman in the Army, Keagan is transitioning out of active duty and is ready to take the next steps toward a career in finance and financial planning. In his free time, Keagan enjoys hiking and exploring the beautiful outdoors of Washington, as well as watching and playing sports. A fun fact about Keagan is that he spent nine months living in South Korea where he was able to immerse himself in the culture, enjoying everything from exploring the exciting city of Seoul to eating bean ice cream in a temple.
Alex Sheldon, Loan Funder
Alex Sheldon joins the Loan Origination team as a Loan Funder, where he reviews and verifies all required aspects of the loan process have been met prior to funding all types of Association mortgage and consumer loans. Alex’s background includes customer service, data entry, administrative and clerical work. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, baking, playing board games and spending time at home with his three cats.
Angela Armanino, Customer Care Center Associate
Angela Armanino joins our Customer Care Center team as a Customer Care Center Associate. With over 16 years of banking experience, Angela brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the team. In her free time, Angela enjoys spending time outdoors, art, cooking and eating good food and taking in live music! She also keeps busy with her three cats and dog.
Savana Sims, Customer Care Center Associate
Savana Sims joins the Customer Care Center as a Customer Care Center Associate. Savana’s prior work experience includes work as a Client Services Associate in banking as well as a variety of customer experience roles in the service industry. A fun fact about Savana is that she is a self-taught baker. If she can make it from scratch, she will (or at least she’ll try)! In her free time, Savana enjoys hiking, fishing and spending as much time as she can outdoors with her family.
Cory Swank, HP Branch Manager
Cory Swank joins the Hawks Prairie team as their new Branch Manager. Cory has a career spanning over 20 years in banking, starting as a part-time teller in college. He loves banking as a career and has specialized in residential and business lending. He enjoys getting to know his customers’ stories, and his favorite part of the job is that every day is different. Cory is a proud husband of the world’s most patient wife, and a dad to two wonderful boys. He is a big kid at heart and loves all things Star Wars. He is also an amateur ferroequinologist, meaning trains big and small hold a special place in his heart. He also enjoys volunteering his time and is passionate about our area nonprofits.
Zoe McNamara, Downtown Customer Service Representative
Zoe McNamara joins the Downtown branch as a Customer Service Representative. Zoe has been working in customer service since 2018. She loves to learn new things and is excited to do just that with her OlyFed team. She has already been a great asset, providing outstanding service to her customers. Outside of work, Zoe enjoys spending downtime with her partner and kitties (Trixie, Copper and Pooh), and playing the bass guitar.
