Since our beginning in 1906, our top-priority has been building trusted relationships with our customers by not only serving their financial needs, but also caring for their human needs and desires for meaningful connections that make a material difference in their lives and our community.

For these reasons, we’ve been purposeful about having a real person always answer our phones so that you’re connected with a knowledgeable and kind banker who can answer your questions. Over the years, many of our receptionists have gone on to leadership positions within the bank because of their experience of getting to know our customers and the things most important to them.

Several years ago, OlyFed launched digital banking and online account opening; however, during the pandemic, more people turned to doing business both over the internet and by phone. In the time since, that trend has grown exponentially with more people doing their banking virtually, versus coming into a branch.

Once you’ve selected the type of help you need, you will be connected to a real-life OlyFed banker, who works in our downtown Olympia headquarters.

These specially trained OlyFedders will ensure your questions are answered and your needs are addressed. By having a specialized team of Customer Care Center bankers, our branch teams are now freed up to focus completely on those individuals who visit us in person. It also gives our branch teams the opportunity to be out in their local community taking part in volunteer, economic development and financial education activities to serve the greater good of our neighbors and region.
