In August 2016, Tia was hired as a Float Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Tumwater Branch and less than a year later, she was promoted to Lead CSR in Hawks Prairie.
In April of 2018, Tia transferred to the Yelm Branch and was promoted to Universal Banker. Later that same year she was promoted to Loan Set-Up Assistant and in April of 2019, she was promoted into her current role as Construction Draw Specialist in the Loan Department.
Tia has been recognized on several occasions for all her contributions, winning awards for her commitment to life-long learning, her dedication to living out the bank’s core values and her commitment to high-quality customer service.
