Monica began her OlyFed career in May 2015 as the eBanking and Digital Delivery Manager, where she led the development of the bank’s digital presence through social media, email campaigns and online marketing initiatives. With an extensive design and marketing background, Monica transitioned into the role of Creative Design Manager in June 2018, where she continues to bring OlyFed’s mission and values to life through thoughtful, engaging and strategic visual storytelling.
Monica’s passion for creativity is matched by her deep commitment to OlyFed’s core values. She has been recognized with multiple internal awards for her dedication to community service, customer care and continuous learning. A collaborative partner across departments and branches, Monica shares her talents in support of initiatives across the Association, including OlyFed’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She has also served on local nonprofit boards, most recently joining the board of directors at Arbutus Folk School.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Monica is passionate about branding, textiles and color, and loves experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and three rescue dogs, along with frequent trips to Westport, where she owns and manages a cozy Airbnb called The Salt Shack.
