MiAna Madrid was hired in October 2017 as a Customer Service Representative at the Westside branch. Just a year later in October 2018 she was promoted to Universal Banker in Tumwater before transitioning to the Yelm branch in December 2018.

In April 2021, MiAna made the jump to the Digital Team as a Digital Services Representative. She brings a lot of fun and laughter to her team and has received internal awards recognizing her commitment to serving her team, her customers and the community.

“She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that our customers are happy, and she is eager to lend a helping hand to her teammates whenever needed.”

In her free time, MiAna loves to go to concerts, especially country music concerts. She is incredibly close with her family. She’s a devoted cheer mom who loves doting on her three daughters and is an auntie to many special kids in her life.
