Bich joined OlyFed in April 2016 as a customer service representative in Downtown Olympia and was promoted to Lead CSR in Hawks Prairie later that year. In 2017, Bich joined the Tumwater branch as a Universal Banker and in 2018 was promoted to Loan Processor/Closer. Just a year later, Bich was promoted to Loan Officer at Yelm Highway branch, where she currently serves the mortgage lending needs of our customers and community.

In her five years at OlyFed, Bich has received several awards in recognition of her customer service skills and loan production success. In her free time, Bich enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in the community. Bich shared she just recently took up gardening, is teaching her son to be bilingual and that she looks forward to visiting her family in Vietnam once it’s safe to do so.
