Kaila Weiks was hired in November 2017 as a Float Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Tumwater branch before moving to the Downtown Olympia branch as a CSR in April 2018. In August 2019, Kaila was promoted to Universal Banker before making the switch to Loan Servicing Assistant in July 2021.
Kaila has been recognized on multiple occasions for both her commitment and care to her colleagues and our customers.

In her free time, Kaila enjoys arts and crafts, and hand makes cards for her friends and family. She loves animals, especially her two cats, and even raises chickens and pigs at her home. A country music fan, you can be certain to find her at the Watershed music festival each year.
