Hired in October 2020, Chuck began his OlyFed career as a Commercial Loan Officer with 28 years of prior banking experience, half of which was spent in commercial financing. In April 2023, he was promoted to Commercial Banking Manager where he leads the bank’s commercial real estate lending efforts.

Dedicated to growing community connections and professional development, Chuck is a recent graduate of Leadership Thurston County, a program of the Thurston County Chamber to develop community leaders, and a recipient of the Community Bankers of Washington (CBW) NextGen Scholarship to attend the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) LeadFWD Summit.
Outside of the office, Chuck enjoys spending time with family and friends, often hosting gatherings in the barn he converted into a one-of-a-kind event space. He’s also known to lend a hand at his sister’s business, donning a strawberry costume to help park cars. Chuck also recently celebrated becoming a grandfather!
