He was chosen by his peers for this honor because of his leadership, character, impact, and for stepping up time and time again to care for his colleagues, customers and community. A day doesn’t go by without Bret encouraging those around him, utilizing teachable moments, and making a well-placed joke to lighten the mood.

Every decision Bajema makes is based on his many years of industry experience; demonstrating his calm, patient, and sincere demeanor. During a recent power outage, Bajema kept the branch operational to continue to meet customer needs, despite the circumstances. He is someone who steps up during adversity. For example, when a customer was recently experiencing a medical emergency in the branch, Bret remained calm and it was his quick thinking and actions that saved the customer’s life.
