Hired in June 2008 as VP, Human Resources Manager, Aaron brought over 17 years of HR experience to OlyFed from industries including hospitality management, industrial mining, manufacturing and banking and finance. In 2011, Aaron received his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, and in 2015 he was promoted to SVP, Chief HR Officer.
In his time at OlyFed, Aaron has been instrumental in growing and developing the training department. That, combined with his focus on company culture has been key to providing the high-level of service OlyFed has become known for. Aaron played a critical role in creating and launching OlyFed’s Better Fedder program, a culture-building team and effort responsible for leading the organization’s employee recognition and professional growth activities.
He is also an active member of the bank’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) Committee, created to uphold OlyFed’s values and drive the organization’s strategies to cultivate an equitable and inclusive environment.

A fun fact about Aaron is that he collects clocks and cocktail shakers. He is also a master chef who on stressful days dreams of one day owning a donut shop at the beach!
