The Nisqually Valley Home & Garden Show kicks off the spring season with tips and tricks for successful summer gardening.The City is a sponsor of the Yelm Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Home & Garden Show, held at Yelm High School on the last weekend of April. Every spring, local businesses and community members celebrate the beginning of the home and garden season with special guests including the enthusiastic gardening expert, Ciscoe Morris. The event is also home to the Prairie Street Rod Association car show where iconic cars line the parking lot.
