2023 Golf Classic ‘Driving Change’
Save the Date and plan to join The Community Foundation of South Puget Sound on July 20, 2023 for their annual Golf Classic at Olympia Country & Golf Club!
The Golf Classic is a beloved annual event and a time for the Community Foundation to engage with our communities and have fun! Sponsorships and tournament registrations in the Golf Classic help to directly sustain the Foundation’s work throughout our tri-county region and inspires local philanthropy; hence this year’s theme- ‘Driving Change,’ which reflects the Community Foundation’s commitment to mobilizing resources and working towards important causes and issues in our communities! This year, we are back at Olympia Country & Golf Club located at 3636 Country Club Dr. NW, Olympia, WA 98502. Thank you, OCGC, for hosting us again this year!
Day of Play Information:
- 11:00 AM- Registration, driving range and putting practice opens
- 12:00 PM- Lunch available to take on the course
- 1:00 PM- Tournament begins with a Shotgun Scramble
- 5:00 PM- 19th Hole Celebration begins
Tournament Format & Rules:
- Four-person, best-shot scramble format (rules provided in golf carts)
- Each Golf Team must be a minimum of 3 players
- Each player must use a minimum of 3 drives during the 18 holes
- Follow OCGC dress code for Golf Attire
