Digital connections are more important than ever before and we recognize providing you with access to the best online and mobile banking experience helps make managing your money and life a lot easier. This is why we’re excited to launch our new digital banking platform later this summer.


Be Sure We’ve Got Your  Current Contact Info by May 31

In preparation for the launch, please login to online banking, located in the upper right-hand corner of our site if you’re on a desktop computer or in the top navigation if you’re on a mobile device, click Profile and confirm your email and phone number are correct.

Your email address can be updated in your online profile; however, if you need to update your phone number, please call us at (360) 754-3400. We’re happy to assist you in preparing for this important upgrade. Thank you for your help!

*Please note, email updates can only be made when logged into online banking on a web browser. You cannot make these profile updates using the Mobile Banking app at this time.

How to Prepare

To ensure a smooth start in our new system, please take the following steps pre-launch:

  1. Please make sure we have your most recent contact information. We will use this to set up your Secure Access Code.
  2. Make note of any Recurring Transfers or Bill Pay information in your current account. These payments continue to process as normal through the transition, but it’s always safe to keep an eye on fine details.
  3. The new online banking experience offers many innovative features that require the latest version of your preferred web browser to function at its best. Please make sure you update your web browser to optimize your experience and our new digital banking tools.

1st Time Login

When you log into the new system for the first time, use your current Login ID and password. When you do, you’ll be presented with a list of contact options. These options are used for delivery of your Secure Access Code. Once you receive the code, enter it in the provided field. The next steps are to update your password, accept the user agreement, and select whether you’d like to register your device. Registering a device eliminates the need for a secure access code for future logins from that device.

Downloading The App

If you have our banking app already downloaded, you will not need to re-download. You will be notified when you will need to push an update. If you’re new to digital banking, simply search for Olympia Federal Savings in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Enhanced Security

Our new online banking system incorporates the latest security features and functions. The new Secure Access Code feature is a way to verify your identity through an outside channel. When you log in through a new device, a code is sent to your selected contact point for confirmation.
